Activation problem after re-install?

I have a fully paid copy of MOA UK 2009 Pro which has been working fine.
Followed advice on this forum and had copies of Install and the 3 service
packs safely archived. Used them recently to re-install following an upgrade
to Vista 64 bit and all seemed to go well apart from MOA now nagging for
activation code but does not give me the opportunity to enter my code? This
happens every time I start it and it is warning that I only have x
opportunities, counting down from 25, to run the programme!

I am reluctant to go to the Internet as suggested and register again to get
another activation code in case that does not work for the second occasion?
What should I do as I rely on the system for my business and have only 11
chances left?
