Yes you can. You will need to MANUALLY enter your bank trasactionsif you are
not downloading them.

You could also download (or upload your bank transaction to MOA) by
converting your CSV file to OFX using iCreateOFX Basic from
http://icreateofx.co.uk/Convert-CSV-to-OFX
