Does anyone know how to set a default email address. I run a few companies
from my Accounting Professional 2008 and email all invoices, but they have
different email addresses.

When I email a batch of invoices it just sends from my default email
address, do i have to change the default address everytime I send emails or
is there a way to set a deafult.

It uses a default email account as set in your outlook or other default
email client. You need to change the account if you want to use
different email address. The alternative is to create different
username in Windows with its different email account; Or you could
print the invoices as pdf files and send them manually via email of
course and this method gives you more control over which account to use.
