Invoice Templates

I have successfully changed the invoice templates but am having difficulty
setting up fixed position items, rather than have everything flow from the
top of the page. I actually want to put payment instructions (account number
etc.) at the bottom of the page. The "Basic Form" in the print options for an
invoice appears to do this, but I cannot find the template. I have found the
two sets of templates under Templates and Basic Templates, but none of them
relate to the "Basic Form". Does anyone know where that Template is stored?

The 'basic' print option does not use a printing template and is not
customizable.

Perhaps someone on the newsgroup for ms word could give some ideas on how to
fix the location of an element in an xml template?

I suspected that might be the case. I have got round part of the problem by
putting static text in the footer and I will live without window envelopes.
