Hello all

I have a web application that produces invoices and payments, it also stores
clients.

As I understand MOA only imports Excel ( either xls or XLSX ) file does any
one have a sample transaction file or a web site that shows the structure ?

Check out the templates for importing to MOA in:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Templates\Office Accounting
2009\Templates\Excel

(the path may be different if you did not run a standard install however.)
