Windows 2000 server 更新問題

請教各位前輩
　小弟前些日子重新安裝了Windows 2000 Server
在安裝完後，可以連接上網。但是在上網更新完
Service Pack 4 之後，網路雖然有連線，但是速度卻變的很慢
開網頁幾乎無法顯示。連在命令提示字元下Ping IP 都只得到
Request Timed Out (確定該IP是有連線的)
　　請問這是怎嚜一回事，快瘋掉了>"<

2. Use Antivirus software to scan the computer

Hi,

I suggest you to donwload the SP4 from another machine and re-apply it to
that computer.
Besides, check your machine whether it was inflected with virus.
