Hello, I have a problem with outlook express.I have a hotmail account.The
outlook express as usually is confined to the account.But when I go to
download my messages keep getting the following message: Unable to detect
new messages in Server HTTP. Account: 'Hotmail', Server:
'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp', Protocol:
HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Forbidden', Port: 0 Secure port (SSL):
No , Server Error: 998, Error Host: 87, Error Number: 0x800CCC33.Please help
me.

Only paid Hotmail accounts work correctly with Microsoft Outlook Express.
