Well, this is a Turkish newsgroup and Turkish is the spoken language in
these newsgroups so it's fairly normal you do not understand if you can't
speak this language.

Basicly, the topic is SBS 2008; declaration its evaluation edition and a
webcast (this is also in Turkish) about it.
