I grant "Power User" in the First time to "USER A"
when I need setup program "AA.exe" version 2
but no responding.
when I need setup program "AA.exe" version 2
but no responding.
I change my Group member to "Administrator"
I setup program "AA.exe" version 2 or version 5 again but no responding.
I don't config or change in GPO.
I can setup another program.
Please,
how can i do.

What is your OS? If Vista, it may have an issue with program accessing
hardware such as DVD, CD-Rom etc? Maybe you can try to install in safe mode.
