Unable to get keys for Office 2010 (32 or 64 bit)

Hi all,

Am downloading Office 2010 to evaluate in the office however whilst I can
download without problems when I go to generate a license key I get an error
message: "Failed to retried product key" with a Reference Id: 2513DF56

Is there a problem?
