When I try to download a program e.g Microsoft's Anti-Virus.I get a WINDOWS
screen that states that I cannot open MSN88.downloadhost and I need to
aprogram to open it !! I have know idea what program will open this file.

I tried to download another file and got the same message but the prefix was
MSN43 !
