Installing Win 7 Ultimate over Win 7 Release Candidate Build 7100

On my computer system is a copy of Win 7 64 bit Release Candidate Evaluation
copy build 7100.

I now want to purchase and install my own copy of Win 7 64 bit Ultimate.
I downloaded today an upgrade from XP to Win 7 64 bit Ultimate.

I can't install it because I am not running XP. How so I either upgrade my
product key or install it?
