Want to run two instances of the same program

Hi,

I posted this question last week on Windows 7 forum and its still
unanswered. So I posted it there again today. Maybe I'm not stating the
problem so that it is understandable. I'll try posting here.

I like to open multiple pages in Internet Explore and go from one to
another. I like
to drag files between an account in Windows Explorer, and another account
also in Windows Explorer. I like to have multiple documents open
simultaneously and go from mone to another. Suddenly I lost the ability do
have multiple instances of the same program open. What do I need to do to to
get back to hsving multiple instances of a program running.
