error message when installing MP3 Player

I tried to install a 1 Gig ZenV MP3 Player on my computer (Windows XP service
pack 3), but I continue to get an error message that says "An error occurred
during the installation of the device. A service installation section in this
INF is invalid." I have removed it and tried re-installing the MP3 Player,
but I continue to get the same message. I also tried updating the drivers,
but it still gives me the same message. What does this message mean, and what
can I do to fix it? I can install this MP3 Player on my parents computer with
no trouble at all, but I cannot get it to setup on my own computer.
