Problem with S&T 2013

Bought S&T2013 a couple of days ago and cannot get it to run. After
installing (says installed successfully) when I try to open the program, I
get an error message "The program can't start because mfc100.dll is missing
from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this program".
No amount of reinstalling helps. Has anyone else had this problem? How did
you fix it?
