S&T zip code boundaries

Does anyone know how to map zip codes in S&T 2004?

I am working on a project that needs all zip codes in
Arizona mapped along with all Intertribal Agengies and
WIC Vendors. I have used pushpins for the agencies and
vendors (which works well), but I need to know how to
show zip code boundaries.

The only thing I can think of is to draw the borders
myself and use "fill" to color them. Since AZ has 512
zip codes, this is not practical.

If you know of a work-around, or another app with this
capability, PLEASE let me know.

Did you think of asking the Post Office ( www.usps.com) to see if they have
what you're lookng for?
