Hi,

I am running file copy operation on 16 iSCSI LUNs connected to Windows
2008 via MS iSCSI initiator.
After some time file copy failes on few LUNs and those LUNs disapper
i.e. the iSCSI initiator is not able to see them and they are also not
seen in Windows disk management console.
I see lot of target reset events getting logged in Windows event logs.
Also, n/w packet capture shows that iSCSI initiator is sending (4 to
5) LUN RESETs for few LUNs at an interval of 10 seconds. The target is
responding to
these LUN RESETs correctly.

If I cancel all the file copy operation and reconnect iSCSI session
all 16 LUNs show up correctly.

Is this a known issue with MS iSCSI initiator?
Has anyone seen this problem before and if so what was the solution?

Thanks in advance,
Parth
