Backing up SQL Server via SCP (SFTP)

Hi.
I wish to backup a database (or better the whole SQL Server) on a .bak
file which needs to be copied through SCP (an SSH connecton) on a
remote server after the finish of the backup process and then send a
customized e-mail message.
Do you know how I can make this?
