Automated database database docs

Does anyone out there know of a tool which functions like
javadoc, but automatically generates web-based
documentation for a SQL Server database? i.e. pulls the
metadata and other descriptive info from sys tables and
displays it nicely in HTML/ASP.

It would also be nice to be able to search the metadata as
well.

Before we build one ourselve, just thought I would check
to see if it's already bean done.

We use Emarcadero ERStudio for ER modelling and
it allows us to automatically generate documentation of
the schema and descriptions as HTML - very nice tool
