DTS Wizard Error

Hi all folks and good continuation for the new year thousand!

I got an minor problem with DTS import/export wizard. When i try to export
database from my SQL 7.0 desktop edition to an SQL 7.0 server i will get the
following error:

"The license for the installation of MS-SQL server on your source and
destination connection dos not permit the use DTS to transform data. Refer
to your license agreement for more information"

Can some one please tell me why this error.
I dont have any problems to transfer database from SQL 6.5 to the same SQL
7.0 server via my local SQL enterprise manager.

Unfortunately, the desktop version of SQL Server's DTS may only connect to a
SQL Server whose licensing mode is per seat, not per server... I beleive
this is really a marketing(income) decision instead of a technical
desicion... Sorry... I hate it too!

Thanks for your time. I belivied that using Microsoft products and platforms
through hole organisation will solve problems for an developer... But i was
wrong. All times almost each day i will counter problems that should be
obvious thinks. Why??????? :)
