Error "incorrect collating sequence"

I get error "incorrect collating sequence" trying to
import a Borland Paradox database (.db).
Any idea about how to understand the problem?

Hi Luca,

Do you use DTS read Paradox data? This could be related to Jet engine;
based on the "Incorrect collating sequence" error message, I suspect that
there is a conflict between the Paradox file and your Windows operating
system. To create or open a database with a specific sort order, your
Windows operating system must have the code page (or character set) to
support the selected sort order. If Windows has an incorrect code page, you
may receive "Invalid Collating Sequence" error message when you open or
create a database.
Therefore, I would like you to check your Windows code page and the sort
order of the Paradox database, then try to download the corresponding MDAC
2.5 SP3
