Please help restore database SQL 6.5 to SQL 2000

Hi everyone !
I need help.
I am using SQL Server 6.5 and now i want to upgrade to SQL 7 or SQL2000
but i have too many data in backup database in SQL 6.5

How i can restore this old database in SQL 2000 or SQL 7 ???
please help me.

It is not possible to restore a 6.5 backup to a SQL Server running 7.0 or
2000.
You need to use the upgrade wizard (from your 7.0 or 2000 box) to a
[running] 6.5 box.

So, the easiest plan might be to:
get 6.5 running again
restore your 6.5 backup to your 6.5 server
on the same server. install 7.0...and have it upgrade your 6.5 database for
you.
Now you can BACKUP and RESTORE that 7.0 database to a 7.0 server or a server
running SQL Server 2000.
