Monitoring Queue Depth & Wait Time

I need to be able to monitor the following:

Average Queue Depth (e.g. the number of items in the queue)
Average Queue Wait Time (e.g. the time a message waits in the queue before
being processed)

Looking through BOL ... i find the link to the performance objects
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms166069.aspx) but don't see any
specific counter descriptions that match the above. Is anyone else
monitoring these objects, and if so, how? Am I missing something in perfmon
that will accomplish the above?
