rsreportserver.config file corrupt

Hi,

I have just installed VS 2005 and now deploying reports fails for VS 2003.
it came up with this error when deploying :

"The report server cannot decrypt the symmetric key used
to access sensitive or encrypted data in a report server database. You must
either restore a backup key or delete all encrypted content and then restart
the service. Check the documentation for more information.
(rsReportServerDisabled)

Further I get cannot into the report manager to view any
reports.

Now when I tried the rskeymgmt -r command I think I copied
over my rsreportserver.config file with some rubbish.
The reportserver service does not start now and the error
I get now is
"The encrypted value for configuration setting Dsn
cannot be decrypted. (rsFailedToDecryptConfigInformation) An internal error
occurred on the report server. See the error log for more details.
(rsInternalError)"

Is there anything I can do to solve this problem
