rsAccessDenied Error on opening "http://localhost/reportserver"

I am using Reporting Services for the first time and am getting this error
message when tryng to open this URL "http://localhost/reportserver"
From "Reporting Services Configuration Manager", I can see the Report
Service Status is "Started".
Am I missing something?

Hi,
are you in the LocalAdmin group of the machine which hosts
Reportserver?
