Hi
I have visual studio 2003, sql server 2000 with Reporting services
installed on my machine.I can manage to create a new report project
but when I try to add a new Item (report) to the project I get an
error box with the following error "Exception From HRESULT:
0x80131500." The same happens if I open a sample project from the
SamplesReport then try to open one of the reports. Could you help me
on this matter. I tried to un install VS .NET , SQL Server 2K and i
installed them back again but with no luck. Please help me in this
problem.
Thanks
NASIEM

Did you install any beta versions of Reporting Services? If you have any VS
Add-Ins installed, try uninstalling them and also deleting your private
assembly cache.C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local
Settings\Application Data\assembly

Can you dump out a list of DLLs that are loaded into the VS process? You
can either use a tool like procexp.exe
(http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/procexp.shtml) or attach another
instance of VS as a debugger. Using VS, display the Modules window, select
all rows, copy, and paste into a text file.
