What is the easiest way to check the current version of one's SQL
Reporting Services (SP2, etc).

Thanks,

Two step process.
1. Go to here: http://yourservername/ReportServer/

The version is at the bottom. For instance I have
Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services Version 10.0.2531.0

Then you need a website which I keep misplacing that shows all the versions
and the interpretation of them. Since RS can be a different version than the
database itself I am not aware of a query that would work.

Mine is version 9.00.3077.00 but should it show a SP as well if
applicable?

It will not say SP. You need to cross reference a list. Here is the website
I use (I found it).

http://www.sqlsecurity.com/FAQs/SQLServerVersionDatabase/tabid/63/Default.aspx

Based on this list, you have:
2005 SP2+Q960089 9.00.3077
