Hi All,

I am unable to drop distribution database from the sql server2000/win2000
server.

Everytime i try to do that it gives me an error
"Cannot drop the database 'Distribution' because it is being used for
replication"

I have disabled publishing on the server.

I also stopped the sql server agent but i still get the same error.

I have run sp_who, there are no users using the database.

can someone please advise on, how can i delete the database ?

tks

Did you try "sp_dropdistributiondb"? Thanks.
