microsoft say that is a bug:56005(SQLBUG_70)
BUT MY SYSTEM IS WIN2000+SQL2000+SP3,
WHAT CAN I DO?

Please explain exactly how you set up replication - UI, TSQL scripts?
SNapshot agent will generate this proc for you based on the vertical
filtering you're doing for the article. Maybe someone modified the proc at
the subscriber?
