Database Mirroring and Replication OR Database Mirrroing and Log Shipping

Guys,

I would appreciate if anyone help me out.

Let's say we have DBServer1 & DBServer2 on Montreal and DBServer3 on
Toronto.

DBServer1 & DBServer2 are on Data Center1
DBServer3 on Data Center2

From DBServer1 to DBServer2 I already created Database Mirroring and it's
working fine, now I want to do replicate the data from DBServer2 (Mirrored
Server) to DBServer3 which is on Data Center2, what would be the best way
and
all the internal people can also run all the reports against DBServer3.

Which one is best solution:
