Web Synchronization for Merge Replication

I read an article that stated that Web Synchronization for Merge Replication
was only available in SQL Server 2005 Enterprise Edition. Is this true or
can 2005 Standard Edition also be used?

We are using SQL Server 2005 Workgroup edition on the server and SQL
Server 2005 Express on the clients. All working fine though quite a
task to get set up and running in the first place.
