what type of replication is involved? What sort of quantity of data transfer
is involved? Have you used system monitor to check RAM, Processor , Process
etc? When you have a problem logging onto the software, what processes are
involved at this stage - tables affected, locks required? You might also
want to temporarily turn off the distribution/merge agent to verify that
replication is the source of these issues.
