Transactional Repl: Unexpected EOF encountered in BCP data-file

Subscription expired, i have deleted and added subscription for
reinitialization of the tables at target. Snapshot agent run fine, when
distribution agent bulk copying data to target then i am getting the
following error:
The process could not bulk copy into table xx. Unexpected EOF encountered
in BCP data-file
I have made 0 zeros and started agent again it failed for another table with
the same reason. Both tables have TEXT columns. I used skip errors but it is
not skipping, agent is failing with error. Is there a way to avaoid this
error, my next option is remove all tables who has TEXT columns from
publication, and load it manually, then add them and do not sync. I would
like to know what is causing the problem is it because of the default
delimeters (like comma) used to seperate fields and the present in text
field and the row could not read till the end. If this is the reason how do
i change default delimers on bcp out snapshot. I thank you in advance for
