Disable trigger failed

I've tried disabling a trigger via SSMS (VS2005) query window and it takes
forever 'executing', until I just cancel it. When I use right click on the
trigger and select 'disable' I receive the error pasted below. Can anyone
determine how to fix this issue? It doesn't happen with other triggers, just
the triggers on one particular table.

Nevermind. I restored the database and it's working again.

Supposedly you had an uncommitted transaction against the table.

Yep. That's what was indicated when I closed my query windows prior to doing
a restore.
