Cannot Connect to the SSAS servies

Hi,
I am Trying to connect to the SSAS from my PC, But i was able to connect to
the port of SSAS and the Port number named 2383 is listening to the telnet IP
address 2383, then also i was not able to connect to the SSAS Server, I am
getting the below specified error message.
