calculated member as a parent

Hi all,

I am using analysis services with excel xp as a front end tool.

I need to build a parent-child structure composed only with calculated members.

I need this structure just for visualization porpouses.
I cannot select a calculated member as a parent of other calculated member with
the calculated member editor, and I cannot find another way to do it.

Any ideas?

Calculated members cannot be the parents of members. However, you can
create a table containing members you want to define the structure and then
use custom member formulas for the calculations. This will require
modification of the data source to create the table, but should achieve the
results you want. For more details you can lookup "custom member formulas"
in books online.
