Insert the CD/DVD and if autorun is not in force, double-click on
Splash.HTA and off you go. Don't forget to install SQL 2005 SP3 when
you are done. You should also run sp_updatestats on all databases.

And I hope you do this in test before you do it production, so taht
you can verify that your applications are still alive.
