Fulltext catalog on ramdisk?

I have a database with somewhere around 4 million records with some
big text fields in it.

Currently the fulltext catalog size is about 800 megabytes.

The server is a HP Proliant ML370 G6 running Windows 2008 server and
SQL Server 2005 with 24 gigabytes of ram.

We are interested in optimal performance for text search queries.

Basicly my question is if putting the fulltext catalogs on ramdisk is
worth it?
