Does anyone know what to do to shrink or Truncate a huge
(1.4 Gig) transaction log file. Everything I have tried so
far has not worked. I tried to shrink it, truncate it,
back it up. Nothing.

BACKUP LOG <database name> WITH TRUNCATE_ONLY
GO
DBCC SHRINKDATABASE (<database name>, TRUNCATEONLY)
