SQL 7 Sp2 Windows 2000 PC client

We were successfully running DTS scripts on a machine. Our Systems guys
changed the domain of the user that created these DTS scripts and now we get
these errors on new and previously good DTS scripts.

"ActiveX Scripting was not able to initialize the script execution engine"

Did not get any hits on the KB. Does anyone have a clue where I might
look/do to fix this error? Thanks very much.
