Hi,
in my stored procedure, that start the execution of a SSIS package with
dtexec command, I receive this error:

The EXECUTE permission was denied on the object 'xp_cmdshell', database
'mssqlsystemresource', schema 'sys'.
How can I solve?

I think it is a security feature that you need to enable at either the server
or database level. Check BOL.
