Hello

I'm tottaly new to datawarehousing, and I starting an academmic project
which is an Datawarhouse.
For instance, no one know where in the web can I find a really good starting
point for datawarehouse, including examples, case studys, etc?

Spend a few bucks and get Ralph Kimball's "The Data Warehouse Toolkit: The
Complete Guide to Dimensional Modeling (Second Edition)". It probably
contains the best, vendor-independent, description of data warehousing,
along with a number of specific models for various industries. However, note
that since it is vendor-independent, it is not, for example, a guide to
using the Analysis Services component of SQL Server 2000.

When posting, inclusion of SQL (CREATE TABLE ..., INSERT ..., etc.) which
can be cut and pasted into Query Analyzer is appreciated.
