Is there any way to create a function in MS SQLServer 6.5 which can be
called from a SELECT statement just like any other function? I'm willing to
look into any solution about now. If there is an answer, please e-mail me
and then post the answer to EVERY newsgroup because alot of people would
like to know how to do this.

No, this functionality is not available in SQL Server.
