500 Error in Reporting Services

I built my first report in Reporting Services. I used a development SQL server as a Data Source, successfully. When switching to the SQL Production server as the Data Source, I am successfully able to Preview, but when viewing in browser, I am getting a 500 error (text = Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: An unknown error occured while processing the request on the server. The status code returned from the server was: 500).
The 'Select All' should return about 4400 rows. When I de-select 'Select All' and request several records, the report runs successfully.
Running SQL 2008 R2 on Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise x64.
Any assistance would greatly be appreciated as I would hate to have to scrap our RS plans.
