Dictation software for urdu language

I want to develop a dictation software for urdu language using SAPI. Is there any way to develop that using english speech recognition engine?? As there is no recognition engine in windows for urdu language. I have tried by creating my own .grm file(grammar file) using phonemes for urdu words but at the backend its using english recognition engine. But this is not working well coz there are many words in urdu that can't be pronunced well using english recognition engine. Is there any better way to do make a dictation software for urdu language using SAPI?? Is there any way that i can add .wav files in english recognition engine by myself.. or any compatibility available for urdu language??

i am also looking for the same concern but finding no concrete results regarding Speech to text in Urdu APIs.
