The United States Government has created a PowerLine Network --> Everyone is connected to it! Using the PowerLine Network a hacked version of Windows Desktop and Windows Server was distributed to EVERYONE in the US. On this fake version of Windows, all of the windows apps were relocated to ONE Remote Data Center in the United States. This is why Windows 10 runs faster than it used to run. If this Data Center were taken down, there is a good chance that the power grid in the US would no longer function properly. If the power grid goes down in the United States it would cause a apocalyptic/catastrophic event.
