I see this message in event viewer and I was looking for suggestions on what
I can do to correct it. Microsoft TechNet lists it as a warning.

SES was unable to load the prompt database
Until this problem is corrected, any prompt request that requires this
database will be rendered using TTS

Well, I'd try to figure out why the prompt DB in questions can't be loaded.
Is the server it's on up and running, does MSS have permissions to the
location where it is etc...
