The capabilities of the MS Speech server is under review, there are a few
questions.

1. Speech server (app) can obtain the phonemic confidence?
Example)
* hello (h eh l ow)
h -> 0.10
eh -> 0.86
l -> 0.54
ow -> 0.66

2. "Intonation information" can I get?
