Hi;

We want use text-to-speech on our windows 2003 server web edition. to make
on our web page by form requesting text and this text to vindows voice.
What we need to install to our server ?

You should be able to do this using SAPI and a compatible voice.

You'll have to author your webpage such that it calls SAPI to convert the
text to speech.
