• have a telephone number to dial
• listen to a greeting in English
• then the caller is requested to leave the complaint in voice
• this voice complaint is sent to email alias
My questions are :
1- do I need OCS to accomplish this or just speech server
2- if speech server only is requested then how i am going to connect it to
PBX or media gateway
I don't know what format you're planning on sending the complain in email
but Speech Server doesn't do transcription so you're not going to be able to
send the text of the message that was left.
